The Customer undertakes to provide all necessary information about themselves, to make timely and full payment for the received goods and services, and to address the seller only with requests that do not contradict the current legislation.
The Customer has the right to be informed about all stages of the interaction, as well as about the characteristics and capabilities of the offered services, services, CRM systems, and industry solutions. The Customer has the right to refuse cooperation if the other party violates the terms of the Agreement.

Key Obligations and Rights of Frigat Net Company
The main obligations of the Company are to:
- provide services and sell products of proper quality;
- inform the Customer on all matters of interest;
- comply with confidentiality and information security requirements.
The Frigat Net team has the right to involve partners for the successful completion of tasks, to verify information received from the Customer, and to refuse cooperation if there are grounds. Such grounds may include violation of the Agreement, refusal to provide information, or intentional distortion of information.
Liability of the Parties
Each party is liable for the performance of the obligations stipulated in the Agreement:
- the Customer is liable for untimely payment and provision of access, which may cause delays in project implementation;
- the Contractor is liable for improper provision of services, but only provided that its fault is proven.
An exception to the rule is force majeure circumstances: military actions, natural disasters, epidemics, etc. Changes to the Agreement terms are possible, but only by mutual agreement of the parties.
Payment Terms for Services and IT Products
Payment is made by the method and under the terms initially agreed upon by the parties. For example, phased payment, advance payment, or full payment after the services are rendered.
Exact deadlines and details are specified in the invoice or the Agreement. In case of delay, a penalty may be applied, the amount of which is calculated according to the legislation and the terms of this document.
Validity Period of the Public Offer
The Agreement is considered valid from the moment the Customer accepts it. Its term is unlimited. The document may be amended — all changes are reflected on this page of the website: https://frigat.net/. At the Customer’s request, the Agreement can be printed and provided in hard copy.
Final Provisions of the Agreement
- All provisions of the public offer are governed by and do not violate the current laws.
- The Agreement is considered fulfilled only after the parties have performed all mutual obligations.
- Disputes are resolved through negotiations with written documentation of actions. If negotiations do not result in a consensus, each party may apply to the court at the location of the company or at the place of residence of the consumer.
- Communication between the Customer and the Contractor is carried out by all available means: by phone, via messengers and social networks, by email.
- The parties undertake not to disclose confidential information obtained by them in the course of cooperation.
